Payment and Returns Policy

Payments
We accept Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for all purchases. All funds must be cleared prior to us commencing any processing of your order.

Unless under prior credit agreement, all orders must be paid for in advance. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to processing the order. Payment for the goods which include delivery charges are to be made through the method shown on our website at the time you place your order.

 

Return / Refunds
All orders are eligible for refund. Please express your intent to return your order via an email within 30 days of receiving your order.

For us to accept a return / refund  your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, and not having been fitted / installed to your bicycle. Orders can be opened up, but not used and products must be in a clean and new resellable condition as they were first delivered. Return postage is at the expense of the customer, unless Silly Bike Boy has sent out incorrect orders/items etc.

To start a return do so via your email order return / refund link or email us.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Should any item arrive defective, damaged, or the wrong product please get in touch right away. In these cases, we will cover the return postage and ensure you receive replacement goods or a refund.
